LendArc is a proprietary digital ledger platform operated by Abundance Financial Services ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and safeguard information when lenders and borrowers access our platform at https://lendarc.getabundance.in.

• Account Information: Name, verified email address, hashed passwords, and optional contact details provided during registration or administrator onboarding.
• Lending & Ledger Records: Loan disbursement amounts, interest rates (daily, monthly, annual), repayment timestamps, transaction categories, and borrower attribution.
• Audit & System Logs: Timestamped records of transaction creation, repayment logging, account approval changes, and session authentications to ensure ledger immutability and prevent fraud.

3. How We Use and Protect Your Data

Your information is solely used to calculate accurate daily accrued interest, maintain tamper-evident loan ledgers, and provide lender/borrower transparency. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal or financial data to third-party marketers or advertisers.

All application data is stored in enterprise-grade PostgreSQL databases hosted by Supabase with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (SSL/TLS). Passwords are securely hashed using bcrypt prior to database insertion.

4. Access Control & Data Isolation

LendArc enforces strict role-based separation:

• Lenders & Administrators manage and monitor loan records under their specific portfolio.
• Borrowers are granted access exclusively to their own loan balances, disbursements, and payment histories.
• Super Administrators manage system health, user onboarding approvals, and security compliance.
